Devlog #6: Blueprints
I've finally got some preliminary floor plans drawn up for the game. They're honestly very rough (boxy sketches and chicken-scratch notes on item placements), and I'm almost sure that I don't really have the scale of any of the room furniture correct, but it should be enough for me to start building around. The next big things to consider I think will be reviewing assets I've downloaded to see what is usable, and then beginning to block out the initial room. So, for tomorrow, my goal will be just that:
- Review downloaded assets to determine what is usable
- Create the Jack's room (v.1, basic furniture)
Little bummed that I missed a day, but I'm hopeful things will go a bit more smoothly from here on out. If it turns out that I can't find enough assets that mesh well together, I may have to reconsider changing items or possibly creating them myself. I'll have a more concrete idea about that situation by tomorrow.

It technically counts as a story, I think.
