Devlog #10: Upcoming Challenges
So, I only managed to hit my first two goals from the last devlog. I've gotten all 13 items placed in the scene, and I've implemented the progression where each item leads to the next when used, ending in a doorway appearing. The "door" is just a simple cube at the moment, so I'll have to come back to it later. The inventory though, I can tell, is gonna be a real challenge. I may not be able to implement it the way I originally envisioned it very easily, so it's going to be my main focus for tomorrow.
- Implement a basic inventory system where the player can see their collected cards and view their descriptions at will.
If I manage to get that in a semi-working state, I'll also attempt to tie in card ordering to unlocking the exit to the room. Hopefully this doesn't end up becoming a many-many-days thing, but we'll have to see.

It technically counts as a story, I think.
